Not happy with Pro? Ask within 14 days of a payment and you get it all back, no questions asked.
How to ask
Email support@falcontext.com with the email address you bought with. Pro bought through Paddle is sold by Paddle, our merchant of record: you can also ask Paddle at paddle.net. The refund goes back the way you paid, usually within 5 to 10 days.
Free trials
A trial through Paddle needs no payment method, so there’s nothing to refund: without one, it ends and you pay nothing. A trial through Lemon Squeezy is charged when it ends unless you cancel; that first payment can be refunded like any other.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from the link in your receipt email (Paddle’s or Lemon Squeezy’s), or ask us. Pro stays until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and nothing you’ve tracked is deleted.
